 To work with adult and/or residential clients diagnosed with a mental illness in Dorchester and Talbot Counties or youth in Caroline County providing mental health support services. 

Essential job functions and requirements include: 

- Team oriented, flexible, energetic, and has a commitment to working adult clients experiencing a mental illness 

- Delivering services to include individual meetings and leading groups both on property and in the community or home settings - Completion of required documentation including service notes, assessments, treatment plans, etc. through an electronic health record - Provides transportation in company vehicles to clients for service delivery 

- Participates in on-call rotation - Maintains valid driver's license, a clear driving record, and has evidence of auto liability insurance - Background check required and maintains a clear criminal background profile, willing to undergo drug testing. Channel Marker is a drug-free workplace.
