Residential Crisis Coordinator/Supervisor (Full Time), Easton, MD
This position will need to work flexible hours including Monday - Friday, 9-5,
with the ability to work 10-6 and occasional weekend hours.
The Residential Crisis Services Coordinator will work with adult clients in need of mental health short term crisis stabilization. The position is located in Easton, Maryland. Essential job functions include supervision, scheduling, and direction of crisis support staff. In addition, the Crisis Coordinator will support clients in crisis providing admissions and intakes to Residential Crisis Services as well as transitioning and discharge planning into other services. The Crisis Coordinator will be involved in mental health interventions, training in medication monitoring, supervising and assisting clients in activities of daily living, and accessing community resources. Strong supervisory skills, communication, written, oral and team work skills required. The position will need to have flexibility, working day time hours, some evenings, overnights, and weekends, as needed.
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
To work with clients by providing mental health support services.

include:
Team-oriented, flexible, energetic, and has a commitment to working with clients experiencing a mental illness.
Delivering services to include individual meetings and leading groups both on the property and in the community or home settings - Completion of required documentation, including service notes, assessments, treatment plans, etc., through an electronic health record.
Provides transportation in company vehicles to clients for service delivery.
Participates in quarterly on-call rotation.
Associate's degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Shifts are available in Denton and Cambridge. Weekends and overnights are required. These positions are responsible for utilizing rehabilitative concepts in order to provide quality services to mental health clients residing in supervised housing. Essential job functions include monitoring the medication requirements of the residents, supervising and instructing clients in activities of daily living, and supporting clients in community activities, promoting healthy lifestyles. Sleep time is paid.
A separate staff bedroom/office is provided for overnights.
High School Diploma or GED Required; CNA, GNA or AA Degree Preferred.
This part-time position will be responsible for providing individual, family, and group therapy to adult clients diagnosed with a severe mental illness. The candidate must possess good communication and interpersonal skills in order to interact well with clients, staff, and community providers. The candidate must have proficient written documentation skills and be familiar with navigating an electronic health record. The candidate will also attend and participate in team meetings and provide clinical feedback.
This position requires the candidate to hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and to be licensed in Maryland as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C). Completing required trainings and maintaining good standing with the Board of Social Work is required.
